Carrier’s remote service system, with its integrated database, forms the basis for Carrier’s e*service. Our remote service center, located in Erfurt, Germany, is manned around the clock. Our team of qualified remote monitoring technicians, with specialist expertise in refrigeration technology, is available – at any time of the day, 365 days a year.
